The PRoposal

As we discussed, this will be two separate events and I will be providing two different shows for your groups with a small crossover of effects.

On June 9th for your 40 VIP guests, I'll perform the award-winning one-hour show that I have performed for corporate audiences all over the U.S. This will include a lot of audience participation and comedy. This is the one-on-one experience that will make the group feel like they are part of the show. I think it will be perfect for the room set-up you mentioned. 

On June 10th for your 200 VIP guests, I'll perform my theatrical show "An Evening of Deception". You can click on that link for more information about it. This is a 90-minute mentalism show that will involve every member of the audience at one point so everyone will experience the magic from their seat. There is a common theme throughout the show and I think it will play well for the time frame we will have. I didn't think to ask you about the seating for that night, but with so many people I assume it will be standard rows?

I will need both a hands-free microphone and a handheld microphone I can use during the Saturday night show, along with someone who knows your system and can run music cues. For the Friday night show, I can bring my own small sound system. I will also need a room and meals for both nights. The total cost for both shows would be $1500.
